Originally founded in 1990 by Architects Nayia Kolaiti and Makis Santas, SKR has developed and overseen hundreds of projects in Athens, Zakynthos and Leukada. Recently the younger generation has come from England to bring some new energy and ideas to the team. We aspire to combine contemporary design with the local tradition in order to create spaces that can be enjoyed for decades to come. We provide a wide range of services both in residential and commercial projects ranging from small extensions, legalisations, renovations and energy certificates to the full overseeing of the design of large villas and blocks of flats.
